Where on the hand: On any mount, and in the upper and lower middle palm.

What it looks like: Two strokes meeting at a point, forming an OPEN angle (V or Λ) — not closed into a triangle. The type of angle matters: obtuse (wide), right (90°), or acute (narrow).

A location-and-form mark: the mount supplies the field, and the sharpness of the angle supplies the valence. On Mars and Venus especially, an obtuse angle is favourable and an acute one condemnatory.
