This policy explains how cancellations work at PalmistryAI. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
Palm readings, astrology and numerology reports, and similar one-time purchases are generated and delivered instantly. Because delivery is immediate, an order cannot be cancelled once the reading or report has been generated. If you have not yet used a wallet credit to generate a reading, that credit simply remains in your wallet for future use.
If you have taken a subscription (such as Power Hours), you may cancel it at any time from your account or by contacting us. When you cancel:
A wallet top-up is completed as soon as the payment succeeds and the credit is added to your balance, so it cannot be "cancelled" after the fact. Unused wallet credit stays available for you to use within the Service. Please see our Refund Policy for the limited situations in which a top-up may be refunded (for example, money debited but not credited).
You may ask us to close your account at any time through our Support page. Closing an account cancels any active subscription going forward. Any unused wallet balance at the time of closure is forfeited and is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
