PalmistryAI sells digital services — palm readings, astrology and numerology reports, wallet credits and subscriptions — that are delivered instantly and consumed electronically. This policy explains when a refund is, and is not, available. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
Because our readings and reports are generated and delivered to you immediately, they are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the content has been generated. Wallet credits that have already been used to generate a reading or report are likewise non-refundable. A reading being different from what you hoped, or being for entertainment rather than professional advice, is not by itself a ground for a refund (please see our Terms).

In these cases, the refund covers the unused or wrongly charged amount only.
Wallet credits are intended to be used within the Service. Unused wallet credit is not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and is non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Where we do approve a refund of an unused top-up, it is returned to the original payment method only.
Raise a request through our Support page within 7 days of the transaction. Please include your registered email or phone number, the approximate date and time, the amount, and the payment or order reference (and a screenshot if you have one). This helps us locate the exact transaction quickly.
Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to appear in your account thereafter depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.
