When you request a reading, the details you provide for that reading — such as your first name, palm photographs, date, time and place of birth, dream descriptions, and your follow-up questions — are securely transmitted to our AI processing partners (Google AI/Gemini, OpenAI, and Google Cloud speech services for audio features) solely to generate your reading. We never send your email address, phone number, or account identifiers to these providers, and your information is not used by us to train AI models. Palm images and birth details are encrypted at rest in our systems.
Some features — such as compatibility, family, matchmaking, and child readings — let you provide details about other people (for example a partner's or child's name and birth details).
