Also called: Trauma Lines

Where on the hand: Fine lines rising from the early portion of the Life line (or from the Mount of Venus) and running across the palm, often reaching toward the base of the middle finger on the Saturn mount. They cross other lines freely.

What it looks like: Fine, usually fragmented, blurry or faint hairlines fanning across the palm from the thumb side.

A worrying temperament, and specific psychological events. Lines rising from the beginning section of the Life line and reaching the base of Saturn are read as childhood worry, stress, disturbance or trauma — events that had a profound effect on the psyche, or responsibilities carried too early.
