Where on the hand: A small, well-formed square figure sitting on the Mount of Jupiter at the base of the index finger — often on the lower or outer part of the mount, near where the Life and Head lines begin.

What it looks like: Four short lines meeting to enclose a clean, small quadrilateral on the Jupiter pad. It is a mark (chinha), not a line, but is universally listed with the minor markings.

The ability to teach, lecture, instruct and explain. It denotes intelligence, discipline, patience, organisation, natural talent for guiding others, leadership in educational or mentoring roles, and a strong sense of responsibility toward passing on knowledge. It is found on career teachers, trainers, coaches, and on those who end up mentoring regardless of job title.
