What it looks like: A shallow V or double-arc (the wings) with a small body-mass at the junction and a short forked tail-stroke — the simplest of the animal marks, and correspondingly the most often over-identified.

Swift communication, intellectual agility, versatility, mental quickness; freedom, empathy. On Mercury specifically it is read as a rare and strong mark.
