The Bṛhat Saṃhitā 70 and the Garuḍa Purāṇa LXV agree in identical terms: for a woman, a line from wrist to middle finger suggests kingdom and happiness — she becomes a queen, or her husband becomes a king. One of the very few marks that both classical texts give in the same words.
