Where on the hand: Palm surface; most significant on the Saturn and Jupiter mounts and at the top of the Fate line.

What it looks like: A tall rounded-topped oval or dome standing on a broad flat elliptical base whose one side extends into a short spout — the yoni-pīṭha. In palm-line terms: a vertical closed loop rising from a wider horizontal lens-shaped figure.
