Where on the hand: On any fingertip pad, but usually found on the index finger.

What it looks like: Like an arch, but with the central ridges thrust sharply upward into a peak, as if a tent-pole were pushing them from below. A single triradius sits directly under the peak.

Passionate, idealistic, intense, competitive, high-energy and enthusiastic; easily fired up, with strong potential for success and difficulty relaxing. A "cause" person.

Western reading: Distinguished from the plain arch solely by the central peak and its triradius.
