Where on the hand: In the ridge field between the base of the middle (Saturn) finger and the base of the ring (Apollo) finger, running down from the finger gap into the palm.

What it looks like: A hairpin loop of skin ridges entering from between the Saturn and Apollo fingers, its head pointing toward the wrist.

Interpreted as a settled sense of purpose: the person works to a goal rather than drifting, is career-minded and responsible, and takes their obligations — and often themselves — seriously. Some sources call it the loop of vocation and read it as a strong, almost dutiful dedication to the work chosen.
