You can delete your account from inside the app or from this website. Both do exactly the same thing and neither needs to contact us.
In the Android app
Open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm once.
On this website
Sign in, open your Profile page, and use Delete my account at the bottom.
Email support@palmistryai.in from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm by reply once it is done.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
This cannot be undone, and an unused wallet balance is not refundable on deletion. If you have credit you want back, read the Refund Policy before deleting.
Records of completed payments are kept after deletion, because tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. They are retained for as long as that obligation lasts and are not used to contact you or to rebuild your account.
Deletion runs immediately when you confirm it. Routine encrypted backups may hold copies for a short period afterwards before they age out; nothing is restored from them to your account once it is gone.
